A charming school slate, circa 1950's, with a pale wooden frame, rounded corners and a finely squared writing surface. Soft traces of old chalk and everyday wear bring a little French classroom nostalgia.

Lovely propped on a kitchen shelf, used for a handwritten message or displayed alongside old schoolbooks.
