Shipping & Returns
Within Australia, items are posted using Australia Post standard parcel delivery service. Parcels are delivered within 1 – 5 business days.
We ship worldwide via Australia Post Air Mail service. Parcels are usually delivered within 3 – 10 business days depending on the country. This is not a trackable service, however is significantly more economical than trackable express post international delivery. Should you require trackable shipping, please contact us prior to purchasing item/s and we will calculate the shipping cost for you.
All shipping costs vary based on the total weight of your purchased item/s. Our online shop automatically calculates the total weight of your purchased item/s and determines the shipping cost based on your location (Australia/USA/Rest of World).
In the unlikely event that the calculated shipping cost is less than the actual amount, we will refund you any difference >$2.00AU via Paypal, and notify you accordingly.
My French Finds will notify you via email on the day your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.
We endeavour to photograph and describe all items accurately. Please look carefully at the item description and images and do not hesitate to ask any questions. Please also keep in mind that you are buying authentic vintage items and antiques, they will show wear and tear and signs of age.
However, we want all customers to be delighted with their purchases. You have thirty (30) days from the day of purchase to return item/s to us in the exact same condition if you feel that we have misrepresented the item/s and we will refund the cost of the purchase price in full. Customers are required to pay for shipping costs both ways.
We take great care when packing all breakable items. If an item is damaged during transit, please contact us with evidence of the damaged goods (via email or return of the item/s). Where possible, we will arrange for a replacement of your item at no charge. If a replacement is unavailable you will receive a full refund.
